While we are fully on-board with the sharing economy, We aim to provide our residents with the highest quality of life that we possibly can, and we find that subletting and short term rentals can affect our residents experience. Our residential units are designed and offered for single family living only.
Our lease does not allow for subletting, including short term rentals of any kind, and any such use is a violation of the lease terms.
