We are so glad to have had you as one of our residents. One of the reasons for resident’s satisfaction with their building community are our efforts to maintain the highest quality of guests and quality in our buildings.
The procedure to move out is simple; please return the unit as clean as you found it.
Here is a short list with the basics:
Clean and vacuum floors
Clean kitchen, including:
Oven
Dishwasher
Refrigerator
Cupboards
Bathroom, including:
Toilet
Tub
Medicine cabinet
Sink and drawers
Empty and dust closets
Take trash out
Lock doors and return keys
Our preference is that you get all of your deposit back. It is less work for us, and more money for you. Please make sure that you take a detailed look at the list above and that you go through the effort of doing and checking everything on list. Once you have done that and you have double checked everything, please email the list to us at notfran@maierproperties.com
Once we confirm the list we will mail you a check within 5 business days, usually within 48 hours.
