Our preferred method of payment is an automatic monthly bank payment by check. We accept cash, personal checks, or bank checks. We do not accept credit cards.
If you pay by paper check, please refer to your lease for who the check is to made payable to. Checks can be mailed or dropped off at our main office.
All forms of payment must be received by midnight on the 5th of each month to avoid late fees.
